Delivery of services: SIM cards are shipped within three business days after payment and identity verification. Data top-ups are applied promptly after confirmation.
Cancellation and refunds: Opened SIM cards cannot be returned or exchanged. For initial defects, contact us within 8 days of delivery and we will replace the item. If identity verification fails, or we cannot provide the service for reasons on our side, we refund the full amount.
