2. A voice SIM requires submission of identity documents under Japanese law. The line is not activated until verification is complete.
3. If verification cannot be completed, or the documents are incomplete, we will decline the order and refund the full amount.
4. Because of the nature of the product, opened SIM cards cannot be returned or exchanged (except for initial defects).
5. Speeds vary with location, time of day and network congestion. No speed or data throughput is guaranteed.
6. Availability of international roaming, tethering and similar features depends on the plan.
7. Shipping takes place after payment and identity verification are complete. Delivery date and time cannot always be specified.
